Full Circle Projects (FCP) is a registered NDIS provider offering specialised, culturally appropriate support for people with disability. We work alongside you to understand your goals, explain your options, and create a tailored support plan that truly reflects your needs and aspirations. Our focus is on giving you choice and control so you can live with greater independence and confidence. The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provides funding for supports and services to help people with disability achieve their goals. Navigating the NDIS can feel overwhelming, but that’s where we come in. FCP can assist you to: Understand your NDIS plan and funding categories Choose supports that suit your lifestyle and goals Connect with the right services and providers Review and adjust your plan as your needs change Whether your goals are to continue your education, find work, join social and community groups, or get help with everyday living tasks, we’ll support you every step of the way. NDIS funding is split into three broad categories — Core Supports, Capital Supports, and Capacity Building Supports. FCP can guide you through what each means, what is covered, and how you can use your plan to its full potential. We specialise in supporting people with intellectual, psychosocial, and physical disabilities and also work in partnership with a spinal care specialist service to meet complex care needs.
